If this stamp looks familiar, it's because I've used it several times before. I just love this mermaid stamp by Stamp N Plus. It is F2159. I stamped and then colored the image with Prismacolor pencils. To add sparkle, I added Ultimate Glitter acrylic paints to her dress, the waves, the seashell cap, the gull and the clouds. I added seashells and pearls to the left, bottom corner and a row of pearls and some sequin ribbon the the bottom.

This is a beautiful stamp. I love the addition of the pearls and shells...very sweet. The sparkle adds wonderful dimension. Love it, Paulette.
