Dieting Tip

I participate in a lot of Artist Trading Card swaps on Splitcoaststampers.  My favorite ATC swaps are the Pick a Theme Swaps.  In PAT Swaps you are in a group of 5 and you make a card for each of the other swapper"s themes and they each make a card for you featuring the theme you choose.  A swapper in my group wanted Diet Tips as her theme.  I found this cartoon on the internet and altered it by adding a different background, artwork for the wall, an earring and the quilled hat.  And the best embellishment of all---the tiny tear.

Inchie 3X3s

I recently participated in an Inchie Swap on Splitcoaststampers.  When our awesome hostess, Joyce, sent back the swap returns, she sent us these 3"X3" cards and she left a blank square for us to attach our own inchie.  I had just purchased this Hero Arts stamp set at the Sayner Stampede.  I got out my inchie punch, inked up my stamps, added some bling and mounted my inchies in the space left on the cards by Joyce.  3X3s and inchies are a great way to use up those paper scraps we all hoard.   Thanks, Joyce, for a great idea for what to do with those little 1" square works of art.

Caution...I'm an Enabler!

A word of caution to any potential followers of my blog:  My IFFs (Imaginary Friends Forever) on Splitcoaststampers (SCS) refer to me as "The Pimp."  It comes from my inclination to entice people to join swaps and enable them with announcements of sales and new products.  So hold on to your wallet and your MC & VISAs as you follow my blog.
