The kitty was cut from a scrapbook border I got at a used stamp sale---it's a die-cut of a velvet-like paper. Fence and grass are die cuts also. Moon was die cut from orange cardstock and edged with "Fizz" Chalk-Ah-lot from Stamp N Plus' line of powdered chalks to give it a "glowing" effect. A brad bat completes the design.
