For this second card, I call "Sunflower Sue," I used I-SEA002. I stamped her 4 times on white cardstock and colored the images with Prismacolor pencils and OMS. I cut out 3 of the flowers and sculpted them on a mousepad with a stylus and popped them up on Pop-Dots. Firefly Stickles were added to the fairy wings. The large sunflower was cut with a Spellbinders die and distressed with Ranger Antique Paper Distress ink. The brown & white polka dot center is cut from a Spellbinder die also. Cinnamon Stickles were brushed on the flower centers. The braided piece under the flower border was punched by an EK Success die.

Awwwww so sweet. I love the little fairies just floating all over the teacup card.
ReplyDeleteI'm lovin' these cards. The multiple images of that adorable fairy make me smile. Love the glossy teacup and that embossed BG with the die cut doily on top. The details on the second card are so creative. Love the repetition of the sunflower both as a border and as the BG. The Stickles in the flower centers is a great accent. Cute!
ReplyDeletePaulette, Love your cards and the paper piecing! Super fun and cute! Great Job ! TFS
ReplyDeleteReally Cool Cards, Paulette! Love the Teacup--Great Idea!
ReplyDeleteMany Blessings,
Tina
Lovely and CUTE!
ReplyDeleteLike the stamped images. Reminds me somewhat of Anne Geddes images that use to have children in flowerpots. Blogger was having issues so I did not get to the hop in time.
