I chose the DCWV Lemon Flower matstack to design this card. The cupcakes were made with a Fiskars punch. The sentiment is a Fiskars stamp. Some Stickles and bling were added as embellishments.

Love this layout. Those little cupcakes are fun and the paper choices add to the playfulness. Great colour palette. Love the flourishes, too.
