I think this would be a great Congratulations card---the inside sentiment could start out: A little birdie told me.... I'm taking an online Colored Pencil art class from My Creative Classroom and this birdie is the product of my first lesson.
| A BFF (Deb Moon) just shared these stamped images with me from Red Lead Stamps. I colored the bird using Prismacolors and OMS. The definition was distressed by crumpling up the paper and distressing the torn edges and fold lines with Glitzy powdered chalk by Chalk-Ah-Lot. I distressed the edges of the bird paper with Dusk powdered chalk by Chalk-Ah-Lot and also used the Dusk chalk to distress the edges of the torn edges of the musical note paper. I mixed some Glitzy chalk with water in a spritzer bottle and added splotches to the card. The papers I used are from DCWV. The egg border is a scrapbook embellishment from K & Co. Paulette |
