Patti's kids Hula Kitty can be found at www.stampnplus. I paper-pieced the grass skirt after making it into fringe and adding Stickles. Leaf is a Cheery Lynn die cut. Large flowers are Primas and tiny flowers are Spring table confetti from JoAnns. Paper is from DCWV's Spring Fling paper pack.
Hula Kitty is so darned cute. The little flowers for her top and that grass skirt are killer. This has a great summer party feel Sweet!
