A Design for the Red Carpet

It's Award Season in Hollywood and all the celebrities will be posing on the red carpet in their designer gowns.  I like to choose the iris fold dress stamps that can be found HERE on the Stamp N Plus website to play "Dress Designer to the Stars" and create gowns for an imaginary red carpet.

The image is stamped on a glittery white cardstock from DCWV.  The dress outline is cut out using a craft knife.  Working from the backside of the paper and using the lines on the stamped dress, I used some foil gift wrap to fashion the dress.  The white cardstock was then matted on glittery red cardstock and then added to a white card base.  The gold flourishes were cut from gold foiled cardstock with a die by Marianne Creatables.  The flowers are German Scrap from The Paper Dreams Factory.
